Both from the Big Apple, Helen and I, Richard, worked for companies like The NBA and Deloitte Consulting. We saw what it was like traveling for work consistently and as aspiring property investors, saw the many difficulties both corporate professionals and property owners faced.

We started HonestHostings with a clear mission:

To help property investors make their investments more profitable and hands-off by tapping into the short-term rental market. As investors ourselves, we know how challenging it can be to manage properties while trying to create consistent returns. At the same time, give travelers a comfortable, home-like stay with a touch of luxury.

Since launching in 2022, we’ve partnered with a wide range of properties—from cozy single-family vacation homes to upscale apartment communities.

One of our latest projects includes leasing 36 apartment units in Philadelphia, PA, in collaboration with our business partners.
